If you did NOT enroll your child in GAP when you completed online school enrollment this year, and have since decided you would like to enroll your child in GAP, print and fill out this form and turn it in to your school office. 

Physical Education Equipment Available for Loan Out

GAP has equipment that can be loaned out to families. Please contact Pam at pgingue@agsd.us or 505-0010 for questions or to arrange to pick up equipment. Equipment includes:

roller blades, games, balls, bikes, jump ropes, yoga mats/DVDs.
